SALE OF OUR OBJECTS HELP FUND LOCAL COMMUNITY INITIATIVES.
Our Oak!LAB page demonstrates some of current work in communities. Thirty percent of our practice is dedicated to community projects which range from urban design and planning studies, teaching digital craft technologies, to fabrication and construction.
Through sale of our objects, we are able to provide communities, the same level of service as private clients. We do this because we should. Applied design should not be just for those with means. Our neighborhoods conditions reflect how we value intentional design... and humanity.
SMALL SCALE, PERSONAL, EXPLORATIONS
blink!LAB Architecture believes in research and exploration. As self-funded projects, the results are often architecturally-inspired and sculpturally appealing but still intended for personal use or placement.
Our in-house 3D printer, CNC Machine and to access local fabricators combined, allows us to research bespoke craftsmanship alongside traditional production techniques.
